The best way to avoid the problem is to not do something bad. When it comes to the academics, your exams could be the problem you may want to avoid. So, it would be a smart choice to apply the same rule.

Thus, it is a must for you to prepare for the exams with ample time in hand. The best way for that could be to revise the topic right after you learn it through lecture. If you can’t do that then you should make sure to start preparing for the exams few weeks before the exams start. Don’t panic and stay confident

It is been seen that many students take too much pressure of the exams. They already start thinking of the results and grades even before the exams start. This way they affect their exam preparation very much.

Such students need to understand that they won’t get anything by worrying. So, it is better if you keep all the negative thoughts away from your mind and prepare for test without worrying of the outcome.

Giving yourself good amount of sleep

Getting enough sleep is much needed for you to stay mentally as well as physically fit and it is also quite obvious that you would not like to get hit by sleep during the exam.

That’s why you should develop the habit of getting the sleep of at least 7 to 8 hours everyday. Moreover, you should also do some exercise everyday so that you would feel refreshed and fit during the exams.

Try to revise also before exam on same day

This means setting up a revision timetable up to days, weeks or even months before the exam or test. The amount of revision time needed will depend on how big the exam or test is. You should revise the main topics for at least 20 minutes a day the week before the exam.

Do exercise or go out for at least 30 minutes a day

I make myself to go to the gym for 1 hour each day during my exam period, but 30 minutes of walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, etc will be enough.

Often students stop exercising when it comes exam time because they begin to think that they don’t have enough time

Exercise helps us study more effectively for various reasons.
