Project management can be considered as a diverse field which can be considered as a consolidation of a number of different managerial practices which is why it can be considered as being one of the hardest aspects of management in any organization. The best practices that one needs to follow in order to facilitate, improve or support teamwork are:-
1. There should always be a meeting between the board, the stakeholders, the sponsors as well as the representatives of the various departments of the organization as well as the clients in order to conclude their requirements from the project.
2. A project should always begin with a kick-off meeting which includes all the members that will be working for the project in order to allow them to feel like a part of the organization, which creates a feeling of synergy in the organization as well as allow new ideas and process structure to formulate.
3. Creation of a response team to deal with problems as they occur and not when they become a threat which can be considered as the most relevant process the manager needs to oversee.
4. Creation of a feedback system to allow all the employees to voice their opinions regarding the state of the project and how it can be improved. The manager should then utilize the changes and strategies in order to evaluate the functionality of the current process structure.
