Leadership related to traits:
This is one of the less heard term of the leadership style. However, we use or we have seen such style of leadership been used very often in our everyday lives. In lay man terms trait leadership style is a style in which a leader has a few specific traits or personality which he shows in his or her leadership style during the entire process. In the trait leadership the main or the primary focus is on the characteristics or features of the leader, which plays a huge role and these traits of the leader determine whether the leadership is a success or a failure.
Leadership related to behavioral:
Leader of the organization is the one which runs the entire show. Leadership is the most important ingredient of management. It is one of the most important functions of any management. Without leadership, the management cannot work, the business cannot survive. A leaders acts as a strong foundation just like a strong foundation of the wall, If the foundation is not strong, the entire structure (In this case the entire business) will fall apart in no time, however if the foundation is very strong then nothing can let the structure fall apart so easily.
A leader is someone who motivates everyone in the organization to perform well. It helps to lessen the gap within their own individual goals and organizational goals. A leader is someone who acts like a guardian angel in the lives of the employee to be a be a rising light in their entire work process. It has some influential qualities, through which it helps the employees to tackle any hard situation and helps them bring the best in them.
Leadership based on values : Every business has it’s own set of values which it wants its employees to follow no mater what. It is the responsibility of the leader, to first imbibe those values in himself and then motivate everyone and ensure that those values are being followed by everyone in the organization or not. A leader should be very high on ethics and values and should act as a role model for it’s employees or followers.
