Conducting scheduled and regular HR compliance audits should be an important part of an organization’s overall strategy to avoid any legal liabilities.
Lots, Lots and Lots of communication – One of the core functions of any HR Professionals is to have a strong communication strategy. Effective communication can reduce a lot of confusion, and can directly help in speeding up the productivity of the organization. It is important for the HR Professionals, to communicate with managers of other departments on a regular basis to be on the same line, and communicate praised as well as constructive criticism.
