The following are the role in job analysis in HRM that relate to other HRM functions:

Selection and Recruitment: The analysis of job provides information about the details of the job and required number of activities such as the no. Of people needed to be hired etc. | The other HRM functions help management in various decision making on agendas such as hiring, or choosing the right candidate for the right role. |
Performance Appraisal: The job analysis particularly determined based on the various performance of an individual tasks allotted to him/her | The other HRM tries to retain the existence employees by motivating them. They can motivate them through awards, recognition and various rewards. |
Development and Training : The job analysis primarily analyses the basic need of the training which the individual requires for carrying out various complex tasks. | The other HRM function determines the capability and the ability of an individual to perform the task and tries to motivate and monitor the individual. |
