They supported their claim by showing the employee satisfaction research in Europe in which they measured the influence of the work-life balance in terms of the employee satisfaction. They have a strong sense of difference between private life and social life, which is respected by the organization and strictly adhered to .
In comparison with the United Kingdom, where employees have very low work-life balance as a result the employees are not satisfied is among the lowest in the entire Europe. For instance, in the U.K employees have an option to work on weekends and Holidays while, and there are quiet a few organizations who are ready to pay extra to the employees to make them over the weekends due to heavy work load. In Norway, it is very hard to find such a scenario. Also, unlike the UK, Swiss employees do their work with very high ethics and communication is an extremely integral part of the management strategy.
