How does the U.S. HRM Function differ from Japan HRM Function?

- In the Japanese organizations, collective decisions or collectivism is encouraged as compared to organizations in the US, where they stress more over individualism and dominant sort of nature.
- HRM practices in Japanese organizations have a very strong sense of nationalism racism superiority over the races, whereas in the US Organizations they do have a strong sense of nationalism but don’t support the racial Superiority.
- HRM in Japanese organizations focus a lot on the respect for the authority where as US organizations don’t support such a culture.
- Japanese HRM practices try and teach loyalty to the company and its employees whereas American organization practices encourage loyalty to the self first.
