Leadership should be a shared process. A leader cannot take responsibility of all tasks so followers should perform their task or duty assigned to them honestly.
A leader should have a healthy relationship with its followers so that they can share ideas to work in harmony.
Managers can become effective leaders by leading their team, in the right direction. So leadership is a shared process. Sharing of ideas also helps to come up with innovative ideas.
