Trial

In this segment, documents are produced and presented in front of the code, which is used as the base for the full case and the tort mitigation. Court hears about the pleading, and further actions are made in this specific segment.

Post-Trial Motions and appeals

Sworn statements are written and deposited into the court, which is recognized as a person’s transcript. They can range from an hour to a week and increase in number as well as the time.
