From an Economics perspective, who wins and who loses in the globalization of trade? why?

As Democrats and Republicans remain deeply divided over all aspects of economic policy, trade policy has become one supposedly bipartisan bright spot with the President recently signing free trade agreements with South Korea, Panama, and Colombia. Despite this seeming consensus, the truth is that trade may not be the panacea many hope.
