The two terms action-oriented HRM and people- oriented HRM both have common goals but with a different procedure. An action-oriented HRM primarily focuses on the resolving and compacting the various employment problem through basic rational means instead of going though the legal procedures or policies. It primarily aims to listen and solve the employee’s problem through various employment development schemes. However the people-oriented HRM focuses on the employee and the employer as different individual. They focus on the right skill set and talent of all the employees and try to analyse how these various employees can benefit the company as a whole.
