Saddam Hussein and Adolf Hitler were not transformational leader as they performed dictatorship.
Their followers never loved them it was only fear because they were immense power.
People were not happy under their leadership and they had been cruel to people.
They took life of innocent for self-interest.
Both the leaders were responsible for the death of millions of people as they caused war between countries. They were failures as a leader.
Looking at the above example it is clear that Saddam Hussein and Adolf Hitler were not using transformational leadership style.
