Describe a range of different leadership styles

The different leadership styles include :-

1. Autocratic:- Leaders take their own decisions, don’t ask opinions from their team members.
2. Democratic:- Leaders like to listen his team’s opinion and also consider it.
3. Transformational:- This leadership style ensures that the team grow and learn from the goals that had been achieved by them.
4. Servant Leadership:- This leadership style use the power and force other workers to do the job according to the will of the leader.
5. Laissez-faire:- This leadership style allows the employee to work however they want and are not disturbed by the leader.
