For any organization be it a stat up or a huge hundred billion dollar, all share a common vision and in all the HRM plays a crucial role in aligning the common goals with objectives.

HRM functions and planning should very well sync with the company goals to achieve big.

It is the duty of the HRM to continuously keep a close look at the functioning of the business and arrange for the man power at the right time and at the right place to avoid loss of business.

In the today’s scenario everything is at a rapid speed, so is the company planning. HRM plays a role of a medium between the organizational goal and objectives and the man power and HRM helps to create a perfect blend and a sync.
