Business marketing includes products or services sales from one firm to another firm. Firm adopt the marketing strategy doesn’t sell good directly to consumers. In marketing of consumers organization sells product or service to potential consumer and their family members.

Apart from this, the communication mode is used for both, the marketing activities are different. Business marketing’s communication needs to be personalized, professional and proficient. Except this, for the consumer marketing, marketers might use mass mailing, pamphlets and hoardings besides electronic and print media.

The customers of business marketers are literate and sophisticated, whereas the consumers in consumer marketing case might not be well informed about a company’s products/services.
