What is your view on Leadership? Is it taught or innate? Which, if any, leadership framework do you find most suitable for your own leadership style?

In my view the leadership is taught and the reasons are given below:
- A leadership style is all about its knowledge, skill and experience. A leader should have all these qualities.
- Self-motivation and hard work play important role in a leader’s life and the challenges he would have come across molds his personality.
- A leader’s positive attitude encourages him to develop its leadership style.
I would use participative leadership style, and the reasons are given below:
- Assets of a company are its employees. An employee’s views and ideas are considered while taking an important decision. Employee involvement is important in participative leadership as it increases the performance of the organization.
- Employees stay longer in the organization as they built a good relationship with the manager. This bond increases their confidence and helps in attaining good career and development.
- Creativity, skills and knowledge of all the employees can be seen in their work that leads a company on the path of success.
- In participative leadership, changes in organization are easily accepted by the employees. A good bonded team always encourages themselves to adapt to changes in the organization and that lead towards the growth of the organization.
