It is a proactive style of leadership where the organizational strategy and values are the priorities and followers are expected to work according to the plan.
It is best suited for transforming the firm in an unstable and challenging environment.
It is a charismatic leadership style where the leader concentrates on innovation and creation rather than daily planning and execution.
A transformational leader is focused and idea oriented person. For organizational development, he/she considers strategic shift and major transformation.
