- Role Model: A leader should be my role model because then only others will think of following and becoming like him.
- Personality: The leader should have a good personality. So that people will be attracted to him and interact with him.
- Character: The character of a leader counts very much. It is because human is a social animal and in any society people with good character are kept higher. He should have moral values and beliefs.
- Communication: A leader should be able to communicate well with others. He should be clear and specific and must have the tactics to understand what others are saying. He should be able to understand the mindset of the people.
- Influence: A leader should be influential so that he could attract followers. He can influence people to do thing.
- Knowledge and expertise: A leader should have good knowledge on the matter of concern. People should have keen desire to learn from him. They should have faith that their leader will help them whenever they need it.
- Selfless: The leader should work for the benefit of the people who have faith in him and that he will stand for their rights.
- Empathy: A leader should have empathy and compassion towards his followers. So that he could connect with them by heart and they feel free to open their heart and mind before him. He must also be a good listener.
- Team building: A leader should believe in uniting people so that they are work together to achieve individual as well as organizational goals.
- Transformational leader: A leader should be influential so that he could leave a long lasting impact on its followers.
