The concluding paragraph<\/strong>: This is the part where you successfully summarize the entire content and its framework in the letter. However, the concluding sentence of every personal letter needs to be written in an influential manner that prompts the reader to reply for it soon.<\/p>\n

The signing-off note<\/strong>: This is where you eventually end the context of your letter by writing down a sign-off note; thanking the recipient for his precious time and attention.<\/p>\n

First or full name of the sender<\/strong>: Your letter ends with the first or full name of the sender.
