BSBMGT517 Operational Plan
All written responses should answer all parts of the question. Wherever possible, provide workplace examples to support your answers. Acknowledge any sources of information you use (websites, books etc.) by referencing the original source.
Develop an Operational Plan
Consider your current or previous workplace where you would like to develop an operational plan. You do not have to nominate the company and you can disguise any confidential information, but the assessor needs to be able to understand what you wish to do.
Please be mindful that you do not design a strategic plan, or a project. The operational plan needs to be large enough that it could require additional physical and human resources. In some cases it will be acceptable to answer what you would or should do, if you are unable to actually do part of the work asked of you.
Assume that you will need to hire additional people and also obtain additional physical resources.
